I started practicing martial arts as a child, finding in kung fu a blend of activity, curiosity, and physical fitness. Later, I introduced Tai Chi into my training and discovered the true versatility of this art. It became clear how crucial physical fitness, stretching, and coordination are to mastering its movements.

As time went on, Tai Chi evolved into my personal antidote to stress. It allowed me to balance my demanding career in IT with regular training. I understand what it means to feel overwhelmed by the fast pace of life and constant deadlines. Through Tai Chi, I’ve learned how to integrate mindful movement into my daily routine, transforming my perception of stress and finding a greater sense of calm and control in my life.
